1st & 3rd Sundays: The Clearing
(Sound Baths)

Before we can grow, we must ground. These sessions use sound as a somatic anchor to regulate your nervous system and create the safety necessary for change.

  • The Experience: Pure somatic rest and nervous system regulation.

4th Sunday: The Construction
(The Messy Middle Workshops)

Once the ground is clear, we begin to see. Each month, we take one theme from my flagship coaching program—The Messy Middle Way—and explore it through story, reflection, and practice.

  • When: 4th Sunday.

  • The Themes: We explore the "Armor" of people-pleasing, the "Second Arrow" of self-criticism, and the courage of simplicity.

  • The Takeaway: You will leave with
    one thing to Notice,
    one thing to Feel,
    and one thing to Try.

This workshop is designed for women who feel the weight of endless "shoulds" and are ready to reconnect with what calm actually feels like in their bodies. Before we can grow into who we're becoming, we need to ground into who we are right now.

Altars: Honoring Ancestors.

a time to honor our ancestors and release what no longer serves us. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn about altar-making, create a personal altar, and join in a group ritual to build a seasonal nature altar. Guided meditation, journaling, and ritual will help you connect with ancestral wisdom and blessings.
