You and a companion will learn how to give a 30-minute Thai Yoga massage that is simple yet effective to receive. You will learn proper body mechanics so you, as the therapist, do not hurt your body. We will focus on areas that often need the most attention, low back & hips and upper back & shoulders. 

I have all the supplies and will do the laundry too!
