This restorative experience blends Yoga Nidra, sound therapy, and gentle reflection to help you reset your system and remember what calm feels like in your body. You’ll release stress, restore your energy, and reconnect with that quiet spark within — the one that’s ready for more joy, not just more to-do lists.

Yoga Nidra:

The yoga of sleep, or a deeply calming body-sensing guided meditation designed to get you in tune with your own inner wisdom and find deep rest and restoration. All blankets and pillows supplied.

Listen to the sounds of singing bowls as part of the guided relaxation journey. Refresh you mind and ease your way to stillness.

A restorative afternoon of deep rest, reflection, and renewal

Join me as we transition into late autumn, a time when our minds can be buzzing and our bodies tired — juggling responsibilities, bracing for the holidays, and running on empty. This workshop is your invitation to pause and gently come home to yourself.

You’ll begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing your body to unwind while your mind drifts into a deeply restorative state — where the nervous system can truly reset. Then, you’ll be bathed in soothing sound therapy, a blend of singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones that help your energy settle and flow.

From this place of calm, we’ll explore gentle journaling prompts to reconnect with your body’s wisdom — noticing what peace, ease, and calm actually feel like inside you. You’ll close with an affirmation card pull to anchor your insights and intentions, creating a small personal ritual to carry into the weeks ahead.
