The studio was founded in 2014 by Liz Kriz with a vision to bring traditional Thai bodywork to Charlotte, NC.
Over the years, her practice has evolved to embrace a wider spectrum of healing arts,
including Reiki energy work, sound therapy, meditation, breathwork, and Happiness Life Coaching.
Evolving to "Holistic Harmony" in 2025, this name better reflects our comprehensive approach to wellness that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Our practice combines therapeutic bodywork, energy clearing, intuitive practices, and personalized coaching—all delivered with compassion and dedication to helping clients release stress, anxiety, and tension at every level of their being.
